We exclusively finance claimants that have delivered on their contractual obligations, where the respondent is shrugging the payment obligation due to red tape or inaction from Government entities

As of now, we exclusively finance litigations where the claims are payable by the Government agencies, so our portfolio is largely free of the risk of bankruptcy of the debtor
